Oath of Rwandan nationality taken at the Embassy
The Embassy of the Republic of Rwanda in the Kingdom of the Netherlands received the oath of Rwandan nationality from a Belgian national.
After fulfilling all legal requirements under Rwandan nationality law, the oath was taken in the presence of three witnesses and received by Ambassador Lambert Dushimimana.
