Regulations for visitors to embassy

The Embassy of the Republic of Rwanda in the Kingdom of the Netherlands wishes to inform the general public about the following opening hours;

BOOK AN APPOINTMENT: 

The Embassy of the Republic of Rwanda in the Kingdom of the Netherlands wishes to further inform that all incoming visitors to the Embassy shall only be by appointment through:

A request for an appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance and is confirmed after approval by the Embassy.

Monthly Walk-In Hours: Last Friday (10:00–13:00)
The Embassy will welcome visitors without a pre-scheduled appointment on the last Friday of every month, from 10:00 to 13:00.
