Regels voor bezoek aan ambassade
The Embassy of the Republic of Rwanda in the Kingdom of the Netherlands wishes to inform the general public about the following opening hours;

| Monday-Thursday | 900hrs - 1200hrs & 1300hrs - 1500hrs | Embassy visitors and consular affairs |
| Tuesday | 900hrs - 1200hrs & 1300hrs - 1500hrs | Passport applications |
| Friday | 900hrs - 1200hrs | Embassy visitors and consular affairs |
BOOK AN APPOINTMENT:
The Embassy of the Republic of Rwanda in the Kingdom of the Netherlands wishes to further inform that all incoming visitors to the Embassy shall only be by appointment through:
- +31 70 392 65 71 (office) or +31 6 84 24 60 59 (cell)
A request for an appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance and is confirmed after approval by the Embassy.
