How to apply for the legalization of public documents

This service is designed to facilitate legalizing various documents issued in Rwanda for their intended use in foreign countries.

Visit IremboGov platform www.irembo.gov.rw, and under Foreign Affairs Consular Services, click on Legalization of public documents from Rwanda to be used abroad/Apostille.
