Kwibuka30 on 7th April in Amsterdam

On the occasion of the 30th commemoration of the victims of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda, H.E. Olivier J.P. Nduhungirehe, Ambassador of the Republic of Rwanda to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, in collaboration with Mrs. Christine Safari, Chairperson of IBUKA-Netherlands, cordially invites you to a commemorative ceremony to be held on Sunday 7th April 2024 from 10:00 to 14:00.

The program will start at the Genocide Memorial in the Beatrix Park at 10.00 and will be followed by a Walk to Remember, which will end at the RAI Exhibition Center where a commemorative ceremony will take place.

  • 7 May: Conference Kwibuka30 “Role of the International Justice in Upholding Accountability for the Crime of Genocide” in The Hague.
