Kwibuka29 Night Vigil in The Hague

In the evening of the 7th of April, Ambassador Olivier J.P. Nduhungirehe joined the Rwandan Community in the Netherlands at a Night Vigil organized by Ibuka Nederland at the Hilton Hotel in The Hague to mark the beginning of the commemoration period of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda.
