Kwibuka28 Night Vigil in The Hague

The night vigil is based on Rwanda’s tradition of mourning during which the community gathers to remember their loved ones. During the Kwibuka28 night vigil time on the 8th of April organized by the Embassy of Rwanda and Ibuka Netherlands, Rwandans and friends of Rwanda came together at Church of Our Savior in The Hague to comfort each other and honor the memory of the lives lost during the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.
