Embassy of Rwanda at the Embassy Festival 2023

On the 2nd of September 2023, the Embassy of Republic of Rwanda in The Hague participated in the Embassy Festival that took place in The Hague in the Netherlands. The Embassy Festival showcased the cultural richness of more than 50 countries at the Lange Voorhout. 

The Embassy of Rwanda once again put up a special program for its visitors, including traditional dances, specialty coffee, Visit Rwanda and Made in Rwanda products were on display.

Ambassador Olivier J.P. Nduhungirehe and his team welcomed the visitors and informed them about Rwanda, it's history, culture, people, nature, business & investment climate, sports events, Made in Rwanda products like the fashion, handbags and accessories from Sankoshi, great tourism adventures while the visitors enjoyed the taste of genuine specialty coffee from Bekske Women Empowerment Coffee.

RwandAir and the Embassy Festival started a joint marketing cooperation and launched an online competition where the visitors could win 2 tickets to Rwanda. 

The Rwandan dance group performed throughout the day and the performances were very well received by the public. It was possible to participate; a group of boys received drum lessons and at the end of the dance performance many people joined in the dance.
