Rwanda at the OPCW Executive Council in The Hague
This week, Rwanda is taking part in the 113th session of the Executive Council of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) in The Hague. Ambassador Lambert Dushimimana delivered a statement on behalf of the Africa group and chaired a briefing session with the Undersecretary of Foreign Affairs of Sudan.
